Platform Users
Access to the Lilypad Learning platform is limited to authorized users under separate agreements:
- School Districts: Platform access is governed by your service agreement and Data Processing Agreement with Lilypad Learning.
- Evaluators: Platform access is governed by your contractor or professional services agreement with Lilypad Learning.
If you are a platform user, the terms of your applicable agreement control in the event of any conflict with these Terms.
Website Use
When using our website, you agree not to:
- Use the website for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website
- Interfere with or disrupt the website or its infrastructure
- Scrape, harvest, or collect information without authorization
- Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
